Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy for client records and inventory systems
- Manage confidential documentation, reports, and correspondence with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate multi-departmental scheduling and communications during overnight hours
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and record maintenance
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily operational tasks
- Maintain digital filing systems with version control and backup procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with night shift or graveyard shift background
- Expert proficiency in data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour) and typing (60+ WPM)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error reduction capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
