Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Process confidential documents with precision, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office inventory procurement, equipment maintenance, and supply chain logistics
- Serve as primary point of contact for after-hours communications with global stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and facilitate seamless communication channels

Qualifications
