Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Monitor building security and enforce access control policies.
- Handle visitor parking arrangements and manage the lobby log.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
