Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence during night shift hours
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for multi-departmental teams
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and documentation
- Oversee office inventory, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Support payroll processing and expense report reconciliation
- Act as primary point of contact for urgent after-hours inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail
- Experience with office management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
