Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, handling logistics from start to finish.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage filing systems, and ensure the workspace is organized and functional.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases, updating information in real-time to support business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or professional services setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
