Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications professionally, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for departmental initiatives
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years preferred)
