Responsibilities

- Coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial record-keeping
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and system access
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless departmental operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience with proven data entry proficiency
