Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain confidential donor and grant data in Salesforce and proprietary databases
- Process and reconcile financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and document filing systems
- Support event coordination by preparing materials and tracking RSVPs
- Generate routine reports using Excel and Google Analytics tools
- Assist with onboarding new staff with orientation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional typing speed (50+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
