Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and direct the daily operations of the office, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Prepare, organize, and file correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate packets.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional errands.
