Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and pantry inventory.
- Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes for board and team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
