- Manage Executive Schedules: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle travel arrangements with precision.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including mail processing, inventory management, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, updating databases and filing systems regularly.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
