- Communication: Screen incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute internal communications, memos, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Office Operations: Maintain office inventory, order necessary supplies, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized.
- Data Management: Assist with data entry tasks and the maintenance of digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
