- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records and files using both digital and physical systems.
- Assist in the organization of company events and internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
