Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Handle all incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and client inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and procurement.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and visitor receptions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Perform general clerical duties as needed to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
