- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, for executives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
