Your Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication across all departments. You will handle a variety of tasks that require precision, discretion, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and refreshments as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
