Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and professional presentations.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors with a high degree of professionalism.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with project management tasks and perform high-volume data entry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
