Your Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the daily operations of the front office, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to stakeholders promptly.
- Handle complex scheduling and calendar management for multiple executives, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, training sessions, and team building activities.
- Maintain and update the company database and filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar local support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
