Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Process incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management for office supplies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and event planning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to Texas locations if required.
