Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy information retrieval.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Perform general clerical duties as needed to support team productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
