Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling conference room bookings with precision.
- Prepare, compile, and present professional reports and presentations for management using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and routed to the correct contacts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting emails and managing mail distribution.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate packets.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for service maintenance and vendor relations.
- Perform accurate data entry and filing duties to ensure complete and organized record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
