- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executive team
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience in corporate or professional services
