Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route appropriately
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Assist in onboarding new hires and office supply inventory management
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for executive team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience required
