Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationship management
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and direct inquiries appropriately

Qualifications
