Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive leadership.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries appropriately.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team building activities, and client luncheons.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in CRM software and perform routine data entry tasks.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work full-time hours.
