Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Handle incoming communications professionally, serving as primary point of contact for clients and partners
- Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and training coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field required
