Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient record-keeping
- Coordinate office operations, including inventory management and vendor relations

Qualifications
