Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate office events, vendor orders, and supply management.
- Screen and redirect visitors or direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
