Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts with precision.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting correspondence and managing email inquiries.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal memos with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Administration: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, manage office supplies, and assist with general office operations.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Input and update information into databases and CRM systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
