Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal documents with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, prioritizing inquiries for the executive team.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
