Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and presentations for client meetings.
- Process expense reports and assist with general office administration duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
