Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings both internally and externally.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, ensuring accuracy and tone.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily retrievable.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records of departmental activities.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special requests as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
