Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and travel coordination across CA/FL offices
- Meeting facilitation with virtual/in-person hybrid capabilities
- Financial document processing and expense report reconciliation
- CRM maintenance and client relationship management
- Office operations oversight including supply chain management
- Project coordination with cross-functional teams
- Compliance documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years in administrative support roles
