Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors, handling inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and bookings.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven reliability and a history of punctuality.
