- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit professional documents, reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain the office environment, manage inventory of supplies, and oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role (1-3 years preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
