Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy in CRM platforms
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management and vendor communications
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for up to 50 attendees
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Doodle) or CRM systems
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
