Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Prepare, edit, and distribute official documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and meeting preparations

Qualifications
