Key Duties:
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- No prior administrative experience required; we will train the right candidate.
