Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organize office supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of office databases.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
