- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases by entering and updating information regularly.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Support: Assist with general office duties, including stocking supplies and greeting visitors.
- Event Coordination: Support in planning and logistics for company events and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we train all new hires.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
