Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed using Excel and database management systems.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry, including expense reports and invoices.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel arrangements for management.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing payroll data and expense tracking.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
