Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company data into our centralized database systems.
- Manage documentation: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executive staff.
- Communication hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Office administration: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Report generation: Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to data accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
