Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Reconcile expenses and prepare monthly administrative reports.
- Assist with inventory control and basic office supplies management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-45 WPM).
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
