Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Process and input large volumes of data into company databases with zero errors.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records in an orderly manner.
- Communication Support: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Inventory Control: Assist with tracking office supplies and inventory levels.
- Report Generation: Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks or CRM software is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Typing Speed: Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to meet strict deadlines.
