Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records using proprietary software
- Process and reconcile daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage confidential client information and sensitive documents
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory
- Generate weekly/monthly reports using Excel and database systems
- Support department heads with administrative tasks and project documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
