Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a minimum 99% accuracy rate into company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Manage and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure error-free output.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for department staff.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace remains fully equipped and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or general office assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
