Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries.
- Assist with office supply inventory and purchasing orders.
- Coordinate schedules and calendar management for executive staff.
- Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
