Responsibilities
Accurately input, verify, and maintain data into company databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and internal systems. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and courier coordination. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and shredding confidential documents. Assist in preparing weekly reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review. Handle phone inquiries and route calls to appropriate departments or team members professionally. Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed. Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in data entry or administrative support. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred. Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM). Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data. Must be a local resident of Philadelphia, PA, or willing to commute to our downtown location. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
