- Proofread and verify incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
- Manage and organize both electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including managing email queues and screening phone calls.
- Update and maintain comprehensive departmental records and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in data entry or general administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
