Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company databases and digital filing systems with 100% accuracy.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, including transcribing information from physical documents to digital formats.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports using accounting software.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Manage calendar schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in inventory management and stock ordering when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills required.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
